Terms of Use for Be Belong Platform
Welcome to Be Belong! These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Be Belong platform, including all services and features provided by Be Belong. By accessing or using the Be Belong platform, you agree to comply with these Terms.
Please read these Terms carefully before using Be Belong’s services. If you do not agree with any of the provisions, please refrain from using Be Belong services.
PLEASE NOTE THAT THESE TERMS OF USE INCLUDE A PROVISION WAIVING THE RIGHT TO PURSUE ANY CLASS, GROUP, OR REPRESENTATIVE CLAIM AND REQUIRING YOU TO PURSUE PAST, PENDING, AND FUTURE DISPUTES BETWEEN YOU AND US THROUGH INDIVIDUAL ARBITRATION UNLESS YOU OPT OUT WITHIN THE SPECIFIED TIME FRAME. SEE CLAUSE 11 FOR MORE INFORMATION.
THESE TERMS OF USE INCLUDE AN ARBITRATION AND CLASS ACTION WAIVER AGREEMENT WHICH REQUIRES THAT ANY PAST, PENDING, OR FUTURE DISPUTES BETWEEN YOU AND Be Belong BE RESOLVED BY FINAL AND BINDING ARBITRATION ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS ONLY AND FOR YOUR OWN LOSSES ONLY. YOU MAY NOT PROCEED AS A CLASS REPRESENTATIVE, MEMBER OR PART OF ANY PROPOSED CLASS, COLLECTIVE ACTION, MASS ARBITRATION, PRIVATE ATTORNEY GENERAL SUIT, QUI TAM ACTION OR ANY REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING, OR OTHERWISE SEEK TO RECOVER ON BEHALF OF OTHERS OR FOR THE BENEFIT OF OTHERS IN ANY TYPE OF CLAIM OR ACTION. ARBITRATION MEANS YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO SEEK DAMAGES IN COURT OR PRESENT YOUR CASE TO A JURY.
1. Definitions
Be Belong Platform refers to all of Be Belong’s services and features, including wallet access, property tokenization, and associated services.
User or You refers to individuals accessing or using the Be Belong platform or creating a wallet.
USD Wallet refers to the Advertising Credit wallet that allows users to deposit USD and user credits for advertising services in the app. Payments for post promotion will be processed from the user’s wallet.

2. User Authorization
Users sign in via a one-click OAuth login using Stripe or PayPal. Upon authorization, Be Belong receives limited access tokens that allow the Be Belong platform to initiate transactions on behalf of the user without ever accessing or storing their credentials.

Secure Token Storage
All access tokens are encrypted using industry-standard (AES-256 encryption). They are only accessible by the Be Belong backend system and are used exclusively for approved transaction actions.

Transaction Handling
All payments occur directly between users through Stripe or PayPal. Be Belong does not collect, store, or process funds on behalf of users. Be Belong acts solely as a technical layer facilitating P2P payments between connected accounts.
Be Belong does not act as a financial intermediary or custodian
Funds never flow through Be Belong platform
Transparency and Responsibility
Be Belong is committed to transparency, user control, and data privacy. Users retain complete control over the permissions granted and can view or revoke them anytime.
Be Belong provides clear information about how user data is used and protected.

7. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Be Belong platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and any additional terms that apply to specific features or services. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must stop using the platform.
User represents and warrants that User has the right, authority, and capacity to accept these Rules and Regulations (The “Rules”) and to abide by them, that User is of legal age, and that User has fully read and understood the Terms of Use. Users must read these Rules carefully in their entirety before accessing the Platform. By accessing the Platform, or otherwise accessing any Be Belong services, Users confirm that they have read and agree to these Terms of Use and Rules. If User does not agree to these Terms, then User may not access the Platform.
These Terms of Use establish a legally binding agreement between User and Be Belong and govern the Platform’s access and use.
8. Account Creation
To access certain features, such as creating a wallet or participating in property tokenization, you must create an account with Be Belong. During the account creation process, you agree to:
Provide accurate and complete information.
Complete any required verification, including Know Your Customer (KYC)
Securely store your credentials and private keys. You are solely responsible for the security of your account and wallet.
9. KYC Compliance
As a part of Be Belong’s KYC, Be Belong uses ShuftiPro, a third-party KYC service provider located in the EU. ShuftiPro performs identity verification on our behalf to ensure that we comply with relevant financial regulations, even though our platform is based in the United States.
By using the Be Belong platform, you consent to ShuftiPro collecting, storing, and processing your personal data as part of their identity verification process.
Your personal data will be transferred to the EU for processing. This transfer is subject to the safeguards set forth by the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), including Standard Contractual Clauses and Explicit Consent.

10. Data Privacy and Protection
Be Belong is committed to protecting your privacy. Our Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, and protect your data. You agree to our Privacy Policy and acknowledge that your data may be transferred to third-party service providers to facilitate certain functions, such as payments, KYC, and wallet services.
Data Transfers: Your data may be transferred outside to service providers in jurisdictions that may not offer the same level of data protection. By using the platform, you consent to these data transfers.
Data Retention: Your data will be retained for as long as necessary for the purposes outlined in our Privacy Policy or as required by law.
11. Restrictions on Use
You agree not to use the Be Belong platform for any unlawful activities, including:
Money laundering or other illegal financial activities.
Fraudulent transactions or any attempt to misuse the platform’s services.
Any activity that violates applicable laws or Be Belong’s policies.
Intellectual Property Rights
All Intellectual Property rights remain the intellectual property of the User.
Confidentiality and Data Protection
Data Protection Compliance. Be Belong shall comply with all applicable data protection and privacy laws, including without limitation the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as specified in Be Belong’s website Privacy Policy. California residents only shall have specific rights under CCPA, including the right to: (i) know what personal information is collected; (ii) request deletion of personal information; (iii) opt out of the sale of personal information; and (iv) receive non-discriminatory treatment when exercising their CCPA rights.
Data Retention and Security. Be Belong shall: (i) retain personal information only for the duration necessary to fulfill Platform purposes; (ii) implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data; (iii) maintain data breach notification procedures in compliance with applicable laws; and (iv) not sell User data to third parties without obtaining explicit prior consent.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Be Belong is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use or inability to use the Be Belong platform, including but not limited to:
Loss of funds or data.
Security breaches.
Errors or omissions in the platform’s content.
Technical failures or unauthorized access affecting the Platform.
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, revenue, or data.
Be Belong is not a Financial Institution: User is responsible for any tax liabilities arising from accessing the Platform. Tax advice is NOT provided by Be Belong and/or the Platform, and it is User responsibility to comply with applicable tax laws.
13. Termination of Services
Be Belong reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the platform at any time, without notice, for reasons including but not limited to:
Violation of these Terms.
Fraudulent or illegal activity.
Inactivity or failure to comply with Be Belong’s policies.
Upon termination, you will no longer have access to your wallet or any funds stored on the platform. Be Belong may also delete your account and any associated data, subject to applicable laws.
14. Governing Law
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Delaware.
Dispute Resolution and Legal Terms
Agreement to Arbitrate.
All disputes arising from or relating to the Platform and/or Be Belong shall be resolved exclusively through final and binding arbitration. Such arbitration shall: (i) be administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Streamlined Rules; (ii) be conducted by a single arbitrator; (iii) be held in Delaware or conducted remotely at the arbitrator’s discretion; and (iv) result in an award that shall be binding and enforceable in any court of competent jurisdiction.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, NEITHER YOU NOR Be Belong SHALL BE ENTITLED: TO CONSOLIDATE, JOIN OR COORDINATE DISPUTES BY OR AGAINST OTHER INDIVIDUALS OR ENTITIES; TO PARTICIPATE IN ANY GROUP, CLASS, COLLECTIVE OR MASS ARBITRATION OR LITIGATION TO ARBITRATE OR LITIGATE ANY DISPUTE IN A REPRESENTATIVE CAPACITY, INCLUDING AS A REPRESENTATIVE MEMBER OF A CLASS; TO ARBITRATE OR LITIGATE ANY DISPUTE IN A PRIVATE ATTORNEY GENERAL CAPACITY; OR OTHERWISE TO SEEK TO RECOVER LOSSES OR DAMAGES (WHETHER FOR YOURSELF OR OTHERS) INCURRED BY A THIRD PARTY. IN CONNECTION WITH ANY DISPUTE (AS DEFINED ABOVE), ANY AND ALL SUCH RIGHTS ARE HEREBY EXPRESSLY AND UNCONDITIONALLY WAIVED.
Any arbitration hearings will be held in Delaware or via a remote Meeting and conducted telephonically or via other remote electronic means unless we mutually agree to a different location or to conduct the arbitration remotely. The arbitrator’s award shall be binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction.
You and Be Belong agree that AAA will administer the arbitration.
Class Action Waiver.
Each User hereby: (i) waives any right to pursue or participate in any class, collective, or representative actions; (ii) agrees to bring all claims in an individual capacity only; (iii) acknowledges that multiple User’s claims shall not be consolidated; (iv) agrees that this waiver applies to all past, present, and future disputes; and (v) explicitly waives all rights to participate in class actions, mass arbitrations, private attorney general actions, representative proceedings, and any recovery on behalf of others.
Notwithstanding any other choice of law set out in these Terms and Conditions. By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, and to the extent permitted by applicable law, you and Be Belong and/or Platform agree that any past, present and future disputes, claims or causes of action between you and Be Belong arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions and the Platform, or any other dispute between you and Be Belong or any of Be Belong distributors, suppliers or agents, and whether arising before or after your agreement to this clause, (collectively, “Dispute(s)”) will be governed by the procedure outlined below. You and Be Belong further agree that any arbitration under this clause shall not proceed as a class, group or representative action.
Jury Trial Waiver.
Each User hereby knowingly and voluntarily waives any right to a jury trial. This waiver: (i) applies to all aspects of the Platform and/or Be Belong and any related disputes; and (ii) acknowledges that an arbitrator rather than a jury will decide all claims.
Class Action Waiver
You waive your right to participate in any collective or class-action proceedings. Claims must be pursued individually.
YOU MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST Be Belong ONLY IN YOUR OR ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING. Further, unless both you and Be Belong agree otherwise in writing, the arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person’s claims with your claims and may not otherwise preside over any form of a representative or class proceeding.
Force Majeure
Force Majeure Events. Neither party shall be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including without limitation: (i) natural disasters or extreme weather events; (ii) pandemic or public health emergencies; (iii) war, terrorism, or civil unrest; (iv) government actions or regulations; (v) widespread technology failures or cyber-attacks; and (vi) labor disputes or strikes.
15. Changes to Terms
Be Belong reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Be Belong platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
