In his later career, Brian turned his focus to investing and consulting, fulfilling a long-held ambition to directly support small business ventures. Notably, he played a key role in launching a company focused on integrated building communication solutions. Beyond his professional life, Brian is an avid outdoorsman and community contributor, having dedicated many years to coaching youth sports in North Toronto.
